Terms:

A minimum number of days may apply in certain cases.
The service can be paid as a monthly call off or as a monthly service charge.
Any unused days must be paid for at the end of the 12 month period.
The Consultant will remain our responsiblilty for all associated costs of employment.
The service is subject to ToroTech's Provision of Service contract, a copy of which must be agreed and signed before the engagement commences.
