The areas of business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recover planning (DRP) are two of the most important and preventative steps an organization can take against the threat of a disaster.

These plans will ultimately, in the event of a disaster, enable an organization to continue to operate (usually at a reduced capacity) whilst normal operational effectiveness is recovered (or resumed).

With over 15 years experience in the BCP/DRP field, ToroTech is able to analyse, test and advise organizations on their continuity and recovery plans.  It is often our role to build senior management and shareholder trust in the preperation, processes and people behind such plans; ensuring that the business will continue to deliver a minimum standard of quality and care to their customers during unexpected, and potentially hostile, circumstances.

BCP Services
ToroTech work with our clients to;

• Identify and define the potential threats to the business
  
• Assess their impact on the business and any vulnerabilities this may cause
• Design and develop a working plan to ensure the continuity of the business in the event of a disaster
• Test the critical elements of the plan (people, technology, operations) to ensure organizational acceptance
• Implement regular testing, training and review policies to ensure the BCP continues to deliver against the needs and requirements of the business.

In addition ToroTech also work with clients to ensure that, whilst the BCP works to maintain minimal operational standards, a Disaster Recovery Plan is in effect to restore full functionality to the business (through repair or relocation of the original facility).  This will include;
